Hence CREM staff, selected users and service providers are permanently trained as well as motivated in an institutionalized way to continuously improve the business processes supporting key corporate objectives. Thus continuous improvements replace radical changes.

Internal and external key performance indicators provide additional input for a continuous adaptation of existing structures.
